All coaches and managers of teams with children under 18 must, by law, complete the Working with Children declaration form.
Registration details must be submitted to our Member Protection Officer prior to the start of the season – mpo@glenhavenfc.com

As a volunteer, this is a FREE service available through Services NSW. Once registered, your WWCC is valid for 5 years & can be renewed online.

To apply for a WWCC number …. here’s what you need to do:

1. Go online to  Office of Children’s Guardian and click on the blue link “APPLY FOR WWCC” – https://ocg.nsw.gov.au/
2. Fill in your details as required & under “Purpose of Check” choose Volunteer and under “Child Related Sector” choose Parent Volunteer – Other
3. Record the receipt number that will be given to you.
4. Attend a Services NSW Office (there is one inside the Home Hub on Victoria Ave, Castle Hill) with your receipt number and your photo ID (eg. driver’s licence, passport etc)
5. You will be emailed a WWCC number that ends in “V” fo Volunteer along with an Expiry Date
6. FORWARD this email containing your WWCC number & Expiry Date to mpo@glenhavenfc.com
